Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Our beans were roasted within the past 30 days, with the roast date printed on every pack. Orders ship from our roastery within 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are currently finalising our carrier partnership and will announce updates soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on baskets over TRY 750. Below this threshold, domestic shipping is TRY 49.

What weight options are available?
All of our coffees are offered in two sizes: 250g and 1kg.
What grind options do you offer?
Eight grind options: Turkish coffee fineness (optimised for cezve), Moka Pot, Paper Filter, Metal Filter, Aeropress, French Press, Cold Brew, and Whole Bean. You specify at order; whole bean gives the longest shelf life.
Are your coffees 100% Arabica?
Yes. All of our beans are 100% Arabica, roasted to a Full City profile: the onset of second crack, between 224–230°C.
Workshops
How can I join a workshop?
Pick a session on the Classes page and book online. Because our space is small, every class is capped at 4 people (intimate group). Turkish Coffee class is 90 minutes, Filter Coffee 120 minutes. Students get 15% off with ID.
Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels and offices: Turkish coffee at the lead, alongside filter and espresso blends. First contact includes a free tasting session: four coffees compared side by side. Apply via the Wholesale page.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation for orders that have not yet been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for details.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days. Visit our returns and exchanges page for details.
