Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Our beans were roasted within the past 30 days, with the roast date printed on every pack. Orders ship from our roastery within 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are currently finalising our carrier partnership and will announce updates soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on baskets over TRY 750. Below this threshold, domestic shipping is TRY 49.
How do I track my order?
The "View order" link in your confirmation email takes you straight to your order. If you no longer have the link, you can check the status with your order number and email address: Order Tracking page
Products
What weight options are available?
Our filter and espresso coffees come in 250g, 500g and 1kg; our Turkish coffees in 100g, 250g and 500g.
What grind options do you offer?
Eight grind options: Turkish coffee fineness (optimised for cezve), Moka Pot, Paper Filter, Metal Filter, Aeropress, French Press, Cold Brew, and Whole Bean. You specify at order; whole bean gives the longest shelf life.
Are your coffees 100% Arabica?
Yes. All of our beans are 100% Arabica, roasted to a Full City profile.
Workshops
How can I join a workshop?
Pick a session on the Workshops page and book online. Because our space is small, every workshop is capped at 4 people (intimate group). The Brewing Workshop runs 120 minutes: we brew and taste together across methods like Chemex and V60. Students get 15% off with ID.
Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants, specialty hotels and offices: filter, espresso and Turkish coffee blends. First contact includes a free tasting session: four coffees compared side by side. Apply via the Wholesale page.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation for orders that have not yet been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for details.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days. Visit our returns and exchanges page for details.
