This Agreement is concluded under the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts between the Seller and the Buyer identified in the order summary on academyroastery.com.

Buyer
The natural or legal person whose identity and contact details are those confirmed in the order summary.
2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations for the sale and delivery of the goods selected by the Buyer, the qualifications and price of which are stated in the order summary.
3. Product, Price and Payment
Each product's name, weight, roast profile, origin, quantity, VAT-inclusive price and, where applicable, shipping cost are displayed on the product page and in the order summary. All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT. Payment is processed by iyzico; card data is not stored by the Seller.
4. Delivery
Orders are roasted to order and dispatched within 2 business days via licensed cargo companies operating in Türkiye. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery; visibly damaged parcels should be refused or recorded on the cargo report.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, by sending a clear statement to hello@academyroastery.com.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (freshly roasted coffee) or to goods whose protective packaging has been opened for reasons of health or hygiene. Accordingly, opened coffee packages cannot be returned; unopened packages in original condition may be returned within 14 days.
Upon receipt of eligible goods, the price is refunded within 14 days to the original payment method. Outbound and return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the return is due to the Seller's fault.
6. Defective Goods
If the goods are defective upon delivery, the Buyer may exercise the rights set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 — refund, exchange, repair or discount — by contacting hello@academyroastery.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
7. Dispute Resolution
District / Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. Disputes below the threshold are filed with the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence.
8. Acceptance
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing payment, the Buyer confirms that these terms have been read, understood and accepted.
