These Terms govern access to and use of academyroastery.com. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. Operator

2. Service
The Site offers information about the roastery, online sales of coffee and workshop reservations, and wholesale enquiries. Purchases are additionally governed by the Distance Sales Agreement shown at checkout.
3. Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for the confidentiality of their credentials, and for all activity carried out through their account.
4. Acceptable Use
You undertake not to:
- violate any law or third-party right;
- attempt unauthorised access, bypass rate limits, or use automated tools that burden the Site;
- upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content;
- interfere with security features or reverse-engineer the Site.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (names, logo, visual identity, photographs, texts, videos and software) is the property of Academy Coffee or its licensors and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. It may not be copied, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
6. Availability and Changes
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The Site may be suspended for maintenance, and features or content may be modified without prior notice. These Terms may be updated; updates take effect on publication on this page.
7. Liability
The Site is provided on an "as-is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved and are not limited by this clause.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
