When are deliveries shipped?

Your first parcel ships the day your subscription is created. Subsequent deliveries follow your chosen rhythm (every two weeks or monthly).

Which coffees are available for subscription?

All coffees in our catalogue are open to subscription: Turkish, filter, espresso. The only exceptions are limited trial batches not packaged for shipping.

How is payment processed?

A single charge for the first delivery. Subsequent deliveries are charged automatically before each rhythm; we notify you by email beforehand.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. From your account you can pause for 2, 4 or 8 weeks, skip a single delivery, or cancel entirely. No fine print.

How do I know the roast date?

Every bag carries a real roast date. We guarantee beans roasted within the last 30 days before your order.

What about free shipping?

Subscriptions over TRY 750 ship free on every delivery. The same threshold applies to one-time purchases.
