Origin
Huila, Colombia
A single-origin espresso roast from Huila, Colombia. The washed profile of Caturra and Castillo cultivars, carried into espresso discipline through Full City roasting.

Huila, on Colombia's southern Andes, is one of the country's highest-scoring coffee regions. High altitude, volcanic soils and a balanced microclimate give the bean structural density.
Caturra and Castillo are widely cultivated across Huila. Caturra, a natural mutation of Bourbon, brings balanced body; Castillo carries durability. A consistent base for espresso discipline.
Washed process: cherry is mechanically separated, ferments in a tank, gets rinsed, then sun-dries. The method adds clarity and structure to the espresso cup; particularly consistent in milk-based drinks.
At our atelier we roast to a Full City profile. Full-bodied as straight espresso, keeps its character while cutting through milk in milk-based drinks.
Our recommendation
Espresso machine or Moka pot is a good starting point.
