Our atelier's signature blend: intense aromatic profile. The body of naturally processed Brazil, the floral complexity of Ethiopia and the balanced structure of Colombia, combined across separate roast curves.

Process
Natural + Washed

Harman No:1 is an espresso discipline built on three origins. Each origin is roasted on its own curve, then blended. This method allows each bean to peak within its own character window.

Natural-processed Brazilian lots contribute body; whole-cherry sun-drying concentrates the bean's sugars. Ethiopia's washed Heirloom varieties carry the aromatic layer. Colombia's Caturra and Castillo mix balances the middle ground of the blend.

Three separate roast curves let every component of the blend converge at the right point. Single-origin roasting is easier; multi-origin separate roasting is a more disciplined process. The signature product of our atelier's roastery approach.

At our atelier we roast to a Full City profile. Dense body for espresso discipline, a base that carries character in milk-based drinks. Designed for cafes and barista work.

Our recommendation
