Bourbon and Pacamara varieties grown on the slopes of Santa Ana volcano. Pacamara — a Pacas × Maragogipe cross developed by El Salvador's Coffee Research Institute (ISIC) in 1958; its unusually large beans (screen 17–25) carry high oil and aroma density.

Particularly shines with filter methods. Caramel sweetness, red apple acidity and a chocolatey finish.
