Our signature blend - intense aromatic profile. The body of naturally processed Brazil, the floral complexity of Ethiopia and the balanced acidity of Colombia, combined at three separate roast curves. Full City roasting completes the Maillard reaction to unite dark chocolate, caramel and sour cherry notes.
Deep dark chocolate with a walnut finish as straight espresso; caramel-cherry character emerges in milk drinks. Designed for specialty cafes and barista competitions.
