We develop industry-ready baristas through hands-on practice at our roastery. A comprehensive consultancy programme covering espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, menu development and workflow optimisation.

Each participant practises with professional equipment during real service hours. Programme duration and content are tailored to the participant's level.
